Shipping Policy
All of cooking is done on Wednesdays and collected on Thursday by our courier.

All of our products are shipped in eco friendly packaging, sent via Royal Mail Next Day Tracked Delivery.

Collection
We have a collection service at Cultr Gym in Great Dunmow. This will be free, collection is available on Thursdays between 8am-9pm! (if this time isn't suitable for you, pop us an email we can arrange a better suited time).
Just head to the gym reception with your confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do NOT accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, or you are not happy please contact us at Hungergainzuk@gmail.com. We will be happy to help and rectify any problems.
